- The exact item codes for each product, as shown in the catalogue
- The quantity required for each item
- Your practice name, contact name and delivery address
- Any specific delivery requirements or deadlines

Email our sales team with as much detail about the case as you can, including:
- The procedure and surgical plan, for example a revision, removal of an existing implant, or replacement of components.
- All available imaging, such as X-rays, CT/CBCT scans and CAD files.
- Traceability or peel-off labels from any previously used components, so we can identify exactly what is already in place.
- The quantities you need.

No minimum order quantity! We will be happy to help for any number of products you require.
Bank transfer
We are happy to accept returns of unwanted items under the following conditions:
- The return is requested within 14 days of delivery, by email to our sales team, and a Returns Authorisation number has been issued.
- Items are unopened, unused and in their original, undamaged sterile packaging, with all labels and lot numbers intact.
- Items have a minimum of 12 months' shelf life remaining at the time of return.
- For patient safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products, items with damaged or compromised packaging, special-order items, or products sold as clearance or short-dated stock.
- If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
